Description du poste :

* Support and maintain theCSV team throughout the documentlifecycle by:
- Organizing storage and identification of CSV documents in cabinets.
- Scanning CSV documents
- Managing CSV document access: consultation and archiving per site archiving rules.
* Offer administrative support for Managing Access Rights of Computerized Systems
* Provide administrative support for IT andCSV consultant recruitment, including:
- Handling legal documentation (Service Agreement, Mutual Confidentiality Agreement).
- Tracking orders and invoices.
* Contribute to improving administrative processes, promoting the transition to more electronic workflows.
* Ensure a secure approach, staying current with administration process changes, and assisting the team in adapting to these changes.
* Assist IT and CSV services in managing the backlog (demand list in Sharepoint) by organizing regular meetings with identified requesters.
* Undertake any other specific tasks assigned by management.

Description du profil :

* 2-5 years of experience in the field of service assistant in industry private sector
* Proficiency in writing and oral communication, very well organized.
* Knowledge in IT, minimum in o365 tools such as Microsoft outlook, sharepoint, word, excel, Teams
* Fluent in both French and English.
