## Description du poste ##
**System Administration**
Configure, monitor, and maintain the Abacus ERP system to support business functions.
**Module Management**
* Oversee the GECO module for contract and procurement workflows.
* Manage the Débiteur module for accounts receivable operations.
* Ensure efficient automation and workflow processes using the BPE module.
* Design and manage custom reports with AbaReport.
* Administer and support the E-business suite for e-commerce and integration tasks.
**User Support**
Train and assist end-users to maximize system efficiency and troubleshoot issues as needed.
**System Updates**
Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain stability and security.
**Data Integrity**
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of all data within the ERP system.
**Process Improvement**
Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities for automation and optimization using the ERP system.
**Integration**
Work with IT and other teams to integrate Abacus with existing tools and systems.
**Documentation**
Maintain comprehensive records, including configurations, workflows, and user guides.
## Description du profil ##
**Mandatory :**
* Proven experience with Abacus ERP, including expertise in the listed modules.
* Strong understanding of financial processes, workflows, and reporting.
* Experience with ERP integrations and e-business tools.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
* Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical users.
* Fluency in French, German, or English.
* Eligible to work in Switzerland (EU/CH Citizenship)
**Preferred:**
* Certification or formal training in Abacus ERP.
* Familiarity with Swiss business practices or experience in a Swiss environment.
