## Description du poste ##

* Ensure adherence to the Group's accounting and reporting rules
* Support the reporting entities where needed
* Perform Consolidation entries
* Prepare and submit Management Reporting Package
* Maintain the Group's Transfer Pricing guidelines, rules and processes
* Prepare yearly documentation at Group and Country level
* Liaise with the external audit teams at Group level and in countries
* Provide reporting package for review by the auditors

## Description du profil ##

* Bachelor's or similar degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field. CPA degree preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Consolidation and Group reporting tools.
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 F&O).
* Demonstrated experience in user support, training, and onboarding in a global environment.
* Proven ability to drive accounting processes and manage complex projects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Fluency in English, and good German skills (strong B2 or C1 level), French would be a great plus.
* Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team.
