In this position, you will be responsible to enhance PMI brands awareness and quality perception by ensuring availability and visibility of PMI products at assigned POS. Depending on the region, the B2B Lead will also put a focus to become the business partner for selected Indirect Retail customers by developing business growth through contracting, educating and training of Independents (SFP Partners and Device Resellers(+) consumable sellers).

 

 


  • Performed activities (sales, retailer-related information) are registered in IS System and in compliance with defined procedures.
  • CI information is reported in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with the law and PMI applicable policies.
  • Appropriate consumer experience is ensured through trade education.
  • Company's share of space guidelines and instructions are followed for optimal shelf and VM visibility of PM products.
  • Availability of PM products is ensured in assigned territory.
  • New launches are supported based on sales and marketing guidance and assigned market share and volume objectives.
  • Share of consumption and volume growth are supported.
  • The company image in activities with third parties is enhanced.
  • Compliance with all PMI policies and procedures is ensured.
  • Deep knowledge of the area is developed, connections with Retailers established and Consumables Sellers, Device Reseller+ to SFP Partner converted
  • Identify new opportunities for expanding business within existing POS universe and in new POS within a territory.
  • Build and maintain effective trade universe in a territory, starting with new POS acquisition and contract agreement to ongoing performance management



  • College / University Degree
  • Min. 2 years sales experience ideally in CPGs
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • PMI category & portfolio knowledge
