**Technology & Operations** design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group-s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services. We are looking for a **Senior Private Assets Operations Specialist** to join our **Funds and Private Assets Services unit**. Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team that plays a central role in supporting the strategic growth of our Private Assets offering.
 

## Your role ##

* Execute subscription and transfer orders for Private Equity Funds and Private Placements.
* Book transactions after confirmation.
* Operate the Organized Trading Facility of Interests.
* Resolve issues arising from reconciliations.
* Coordinate the receipt of distributions in kind and process corporate events.
* Contribute actively to the projects and to the optimization of our activities.
* Support and liaise with internal clients on a daily basis.
* Manage risks associated with Private Assets operations.

## Your profile ##

* University degree in Business and/or Economics, or the equivalent in work experience in the finance industry.
* 5 to 10 years of experience in Banking Operations, with a strong focus on Private Assets.
* In-depth knowledge of the Private Assets investments and the funds industry.
* Good user of Excel and generally at ease with various banking IT systems.
* Fluency in French and a good command of English.
* Rigorous, team player and sense of responsibility.
* Solution-oriented and ability to manage complex cases.
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
