Your Responsibilities
- Bar work, preparing drinks and cocktails
- Responsible for the smooth running of the service area at lunchtime and in the evening
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the lounge and bar area
- Assisting with the preparation and implementation of events in the lounge
- Processing of booking transactions and accounting formalities
- Advising guests on food and drinks and the simulator experience
- Independent management of a service station
- Compliance with storage and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Your Qualification
- Completed training in the hotel or catering industry and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- Flexibility and willingness to change working hours, including weekends
- Well-groomed appearance
- Good communication skills and enjoy dealing with guests
- Creativity and openness to new ideas
- You have a very good command of German or English
- Interest in motorsport experiences and event catering
