Description
As a part-time (50%) Team Assistant (m/f/d), you will support our dynamic team with various administrative tasks and significantly contribute to the efficient organization of our daily office routine.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Professional management of calendars and appointment coordination
- Organize and prepare meetings, including follow-up tasks
- Plan and book business trips
- Procure services using the SAP-Ariba procurement tool
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent
- Professional experience in a similar position is advantageous
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (MUST)
- Any additional language is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook
- Solid experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams (MUST)
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
