Responsibilities
- Manage customers contacts for their spare parts needs
- Quotation on their needs basis in collaboration with the Spare Parts Manager
- Continuous interface with technical (engineering, production, logistic) department to submit the best solution to clients
- Orders confirmation and management
- Apply the appropriate pricing conditions, terms of payments according, terms of transportation
- Complaint management
- Data management and updates within the system (SAP)
Profile
- Commercial or administrative education
- Very good command of English. Any other linguistic knowledge will be a plus (german, French, Spanish)
- Good knowledge of SAP as CRM
- Previous experience in sales administration role within an industrial company
- Strong customer orientation
- Attention to details, focus on customer satisfaction, able to take decision and find solutions
- Good communication skills
