For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Rotkreuz, we are searching for a


Customer Service Health Professional, 80-100% (f/m/d), for 9 months


Your responsibilities:

· End-to-end processing of both written and telephone customer enquiries (Pharmacy/Drugstores /Field force).

· Receipt and processing of customer complaints of any kind - forwarding to other internal departments (Quality, Packaging Development or Scientific Information), if necessary.

· Complete documentation of customer communication in the CRM system and SAP.

· Order management: Complete and on schedule entry/Processing of customer orders.

· Ensuring that customer orders are delivered in full and on time in collaboration with logistics service providers (Warehouse and Transport).

· Electronic Data Interface (EDI) order management.

· Managing subsequent deliveries in the event of non-deliverable items.

· Condition and rebate management.

· Tracking GMP-relevant documentation such as customers' operating licences and official registrations.

· Collaboration on the key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to customer service, such as phone availability, On-Time In-Full (OTIF), etc.

· Processing sample requests from doctors in line with GxP-relevant processes.

· Taking on special projects to optimize customer service.


Your Profile:

· Bachelor's degree (Uni/FH) in business administration

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service or in a regulated environment with customer contact

· Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting stakeholder demands through effective organization

· Problem-solving skills: Ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries, finding solutions to their requests

· Excellent communication skills

· Fluent German and English skills, French (B2 Level minimum), Italian (preferred)

· Solid knowledge of MS Office, experience in SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM preferred

· Teamwork and team-oriented

· Proactive and "can do" attitude
