We are looking for the candidate who is --

Fluent in English, German as both are the majority working languages in Basel area.

French and Mandarin are not required but will be one of your advantage.

Experienced in container shipping industry or logistic background i.e educational and working experience (especially in customer service at least 2-3 years).

Good coordination skills.

Team-oriented and good communication skills are required.

Self motivated and flexible to make job function reshuffle.

With great patience.

Good PC and MS Office knowledge.

Able to work full time ie 0830~1730 / Monday~Friday.

Able to join from January 2025

-Customer service

Daily contact with customers via phone calls and mails.Prepare shipping quotations as per customer requirement.

Arrange the booking, coordinate the equipment and space availability.

Coordinate the B/L instruction with documentation center.

Issue the Invoice and B/L.

Tracing the Invoice.

Substitute for other job functions ie Import, Export, Cross trade business and Logistic.
