Description

Your role

  • As Cyber Security Manager, you will not only define strategies but also actively implement cybersecurity measures, working hands-on with internal and external stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
  • For this purpose, you will develop, deploy, and maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and NIS-2 frameworks – ensuring practical application, not just documentation
  • You will drive compliance with cybersecurity regulations and industry best practices
  • You will take the lead in incident management, ensuring swift detection, response, and resolution of security threats
  • You will collaborate closely with IT, legal, and procurement teams
  • Furthermore, you will directly implement, manage, and fine-tune cutting-edge security monitoring tools and will ensure cybersecurity coverage across multiple focus markets

Your expertise

  • You have a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (university / university of applied sciences) in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Computer Science
  • Proven experience in both cybersecurity management and hands-on implementation, ideally in critical infrastructure or energy sectors
  • You possess strong expertise in ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and NIS-2, with practical experience in risk management frameworks, compliance audits, and security operations
  • Strong analytical skills, a quick grasp of complex topics, and an excellent communicative personality to drive cybersecurity initiatives forward
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset, with a willingness to learn, and to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of security challenges
  • Fluency in German and English (Italian is a plus), along with advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
