Employee Relations:
- Manage conflict resolution and provide mediation and investigation services.
- Support stakeholders with consistent and fair interpretations of employee relations issues.
- Maintain records of advice and guidance for consistency in HR matters.
- Provide case management support on less complex employee relations issues.
- Record and analyze employee relations issues and update disciplinary and grievance data.
- Conduct background research to support conflict and dispute resolution.

HR Policies and Procedures:
- Support the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure current and relevant HR policies are available and accessible.
- Act as a focal point for HR policy and procedure queries.
- Design and deliver training on HR policies and practices.

- Demonstrate confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the HR Department and beyond.
- Contribute to a culture of proactivity, quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Description du profil :
* Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
* Specialization or certification in Employment Law.
* Experience in employee relations, policy, or HR legal background.
* Strong track record in developing and implementing employment policies.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
