The Group Data Office is central to this ambition, providing foundational capabilities, organizational transformation, and harnessing the disruptive potential of AI. **ROLE OVERVIEW**

 

This is a unique and dynamic dual role combining Executive Assistant responsibilities for the Group Chief Data Officer (CDO) with Project Management duties within the Group Data Office team. You will provide high-level administrative support to the CDO while also actively contributing to transversal projects critical to Richemont's data transformation journey.

As Executive Assistant, you will ensure the CDO's schedule and administrative needs are managed efficiently and effectively. As Project Manager, you will be embedded within the team, supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of key initiatives related to data strategy implementation, data governance, change management, AI literacy, and the rollout of our unified data platform (-UnifAI-).

This role offers a unique vantage point at the intersection of executive leadership and strategic data initiatives within a world-leading luxury group navigating a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

 

 

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

 

Executive Assistant Duties (approx. 50%):

* **Calendar Management:** Proactively manage the CDO's complex and dynamic calendar across multiple time zones, scheduling meetings, anticipating conflicts, and ensuring optimal time allocation.
* **Travel & Logistics:** Coordinate complex international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transportation, preparing detailed itineraries.
* **Expense Management:** Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* **Meeting Support:** Organize and coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings, technology setup, document preparation, and distribution of agendas and minutes when required.
* **Communication:** Serve as a primary point of contact for the CDO, screening calls, managing correspondence, and acting as a gatekeeper where necessary, maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
* **Administrative Support:** Handle various administrative tasks, including document management, presentation preparation support, and coordination with other administrative staff across the Group. 

 

Project Management Duties (approx. 50%):

* **Project Coordination:** Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of transversal projects within the Group Data Office, tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
* **Stakeholder Liaison:** Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Group Data Office and various stakeholders across Richemont's Maisons, Functions, and Regions on specific project streams.
* **Change Management Support:** Assist in the development and execution of change management plans related to data initiatives, including communication materials, training coordination, and feedback collection, fostering a Group-wide data culture.
* **Data Strategy & AI Literacy Support:** Contribute to initiatives aimed at implementing the data strategy and enhancing data & AI literacy across the organization, potentially assisting with workshop organization, content curation, and communication efforts related to our Trustworthy AI framework.
* **Reporting & Documentation:** Prepare project status updates, summaries, and presentations for the CDO and the broader team. Maintain project documentation and knowledge bases.
* **Team Support:** Assist in organizing team meetings, workshops, and events; facilitate internal team communication and coordination. 

 

 

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**

 

Key qualifications:

* **Proven Experience:** Significant experience (e.g., 5+ years) as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
* **Project Coordination Skills:** Demonstrable experience in coordinating projects or managing project streams, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
* **Organizational Prowess:** Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.
* **Communication Skills:** Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
* **Tech Savviness:** High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms.
* **Discretion & Professionalism:** Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity. High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
* **Proactivity & Problem-Solving:** A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
* **Team Player:** Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* **Data/AI Interest:** A genuine interest in data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional qualification/experience. 

 

Preferred qualifications:

* **Dual Role Experience**: Previous experience in a combined EA/Project Coordinator or EA/Chief of Staff type role.
* **Industry Exposure**: Experience working within the technology, data/analytics, consulting, or luxury goods sectors.
* **Project Management Knowledge:** Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
* **Language Skills:** While English is mandatory, fluency or professional proficiency in French is a strong asset, given Richemont's heritage and footprint. Other languages are a plus.
* **Global Experience:** Experience working within a large, complex, matrixed multinational organization.
