## Job Description ##

As the Executive Assistant to the SVP, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the executive office. This high-level role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage both professional and personal matters for the SVP.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Administrative Support**: Manage the SVP's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
* **Communication**: Handle correspondence, draft emails, and prepare documents and presentations.
* **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
* **Office Management**: Maintain office supplies, manage filing systems, and ensure the office operates smoothly.
* **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
* **Personal Assistance**: Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed to support the SVP's work-life balance.
* **Project Management**: Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the SVP.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* **Experience**: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in an international setting.
* **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
* **Skills**: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* **Language**: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is highly desirable.
* **Attributes**: High level of professionalism, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
