## Job Description ##
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
* Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely completion.
* Manage budgets for various projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
* Organize and coordinate events, from small meetings to large corporate gatherings, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
