Description

Our customer, Roche, is seeking a dedicated professional to support our chapter across various engaged areas. In this role, you will collaborate closely with global and local teams within the Roche Sites Network.Tasks & Responsibilities:



  • Lead global Aspire initiative independently, coaching a cross-functional team of business and IT experts.




  • Manage prioritized backlog realization using SAFe agile methodology.




  • Make decisions on developing a global template to ensure process efficiency, harmonization, and best practice sharing across Pharma PT, p/gRED, Diagnostics, Global Operations, and Group Sites Network.




  • Drive new integrated end-to-end processes, focusing on operational waste management, circular economy integration, and strategic environmental management (e.g., emissions).




  • Communicate with stakeholders, expand and maintain a global, cross-divisional network to enhance processes.




  • Develop, maintain, and adjust the global process framework per the Roche process architecture within the product scope.



Must Haves:


  • University degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a comparable field, with a strong understanding of business and IT processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree (8+ years of professional experience) or Master’s degree (6+ years)
  • Strong strategic thinking, ideally proven in the context of a global function 
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German would be a big plus 
  • Excellent networking skills, strong intercultural collaboration abilities, and a people-centric mindset
