Headquartered in Plan-les-Ouates (GE, Switzerland), Vacheron Constantin operates a global distribution network of nearly 200 points of sale across 36 countries. Our workforce is comprised of approximately 1,500 passionate employees organised into seven geographic regions. Our principal manufacturing facility in Plan-les-Ouates is complemented by a second manufacturing site in Le Brassus, (VD, Switzerland).
**THE POSITION **

As such we are looking for a passionate and driven HR leader to be at the centre of our manufacturing site in Le Brassus. A true people champion, you will be the driving force behind a thriving, high-performing culture that fuels our success.
Reporting to the HR Director HQ, you will partner with the Le Brassus site director and work closely with the Le Brassus teams to achieve shared goals. This is a particularly exciting time to join the Maison as we near our 270th anniversary. And this is no ordinary HR role-it-s an opportunity to join an HR team charting the course to make Vacheron Constantin the No 1 Employer of Choice in Haute Horlogerie.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? **
Driving innovative people strategies to empower our teams, you will own the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain our people. You will actively contribute to elevating our sense of belonging and a stimulating high-performance culture where people thrive, within the Le Brassus site.
Success in this role will require influential partnership with senior management, an advanced understanding of business priorities and the ability translate these into a people agenda that supports a growing business. Working with business leaders, you will manage leadership coaching, performance management, employee relations, talent development, organisation design and reward.
**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? **
- Proven capability to think strategically while executing with precision. Capacity to understand the big picture and ability to be hands-on.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization.
- Highly agile mindset, collaborative, solution oriented with capacity to influence and onboard people through change.
- Positive attitude and growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership and keen eye for detail. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals across all levels of the organization, from production workers at the bench to managers.
- 7+ years HR experience, with a deep understanding of manufacturing/industrial scope. Experience in a fast-paced and/or high-growth environment is a plus.
- Great communication skills.
- Fluent French and English.
