For an important company, we are looking for the following profile: HR Specialist.

 The resource will be part of the HR Consulting team within HR Operational Services Department and will be responsible to ensure proper implementation of all applicable HR processes, in particular for the administrative and information flows, necessary for a consistent HR management.

The resource will constantly interact with HR Business Partners, line managers and employees as well as all HR functional areas.



Main responsibilities:


  • For the assigned population perimeter, ensure thorough implementation of applicable HR processes and related tasks, with completion of all administrative and information flows (entry, exit, transfer, salary review, bonus, time and absence management, etc).
  • Provide day-to-day support to solve employees' queries on HR matters. 
  • Issue work certificates and manage proper execution.
  • Perform regulatory HR-related due diligence activities.
  • Ensure completeness of employees’ dossier and flawless registration and consistency of employees’ data in HRIS (Oracle Fusion).
  • Maintain HRIS constantly and correctly updated, ensuring high data quality.
  • Contribute to the digitalisation of HR processes.

Education & Experience:


  • Diploma or university degree, preferably in human resources, organizational development or related field.
  • Swiss Federal HR Specialist or HR Assistant Certificate considered a plus.
  • Excellent English skills (mandatory) and preferably Italian and French.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience within structured HR departments in Switzerland.
  • International mindset and multicultural experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with proactive and positive attitude.
  • Detail-oriented, with high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills: able to work independently, effectively handling multiple tasks and delivering in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  • High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential data and information.
  • Comfortable with IT tools and solid skills in MS Office programs, in particular Excel (mandatory).
