We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our International Commercial Department - Fragrance as **International Fragrances Business Manager**.  

In this role you will be responsible of the Fragrance category business development of the regions assigned, both on Travel Retail and Local Markets (boutiques, flagships, chains, e-partners). You will lead the commercial and marketing operation strategies and the operational execution at a regional level, ensuring a consistent & seamless client experience.

 

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

 

**Lead specialists- commercial strategy**

* Propose and align the commercial strategy along with all stakeholders 

* Co-build relevant strategies with regions and markets
* Lead specialists- worldwide network retailization
* Accompany specialists- acceleration for key regions
* Accompany markets on organization evolution to ensure the proper execution of the strategy

 

**Guide and animate the Fragrance specialists- community**

* Define and provide commercial guidance by typology of specialist-s network to support regions
* Ensure the local execution of the commercial strategy in all regions
* Co-lead with central teams any key specialists capex projects and key animations

 

**Monitor specialists Fragrance business development in collaboration with regions**

* Monitor sales performances in flagships or top doors as well as brand image
* Specialist retailization KPIs: sell-in / sell-out / Capex follow-up/ Clients data
* Challenge the ROI of the investment plan and propose new innovative ideas to develop sales and image
* Nourish strategic orientation with frequent quantitative and qualitative regional feedbacks

 

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US**

* You have minimum 10 years- of experience in Fragrance & Beauty industry with international exposure, ideally for a luxury brand. An experience both at Central and Regional level is needed
* You possess a strong knowledge on domestic and travel retail network and a good understanding of eCommerce
* You possess good business development, negotiation and change management skills
* You possess excellent communication skills
* You are agile and have the ability to navigate without certainty
* You are fluent in English, French is a plus
