### **Your Role** ###
As a **Recruitment Consultant Intern**, you'll gain hands-on experience in both recruitment and business development. From sourcing candidates to building client relationships, you'll be exposed to the **full lifecycle of recruitment** while contributing to the growth of our corporate division.
#### **Key Responsibilities** ####
* **Business Development**:
* Identify and approach potential clients to develop new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Promote LHH's services and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* **Recruitment Process Management**:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
* Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal database.
* Manage the interview process and guide candidates through each step.
* Ensure a seamless match between candidates and client requirements.
* **Account Management**:
* Act as a trusted partner for clients and candidates alike.
* Provide innovative and solution-oriented advice to help clients meet their talent needs.
**Your profile:**
* **Fluent in English** (French as mother-tongue).
* A **bachelor's degree** or equivalent experience.
* Previous experience in **sales, business development, or customer success** in any industry is highly valued.
* A **business mindset** with a passion for achieving results and solving challenges.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A motivated, proactive, and solution-driven attitude.
