## Job Description ##
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal department.
* Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents and correspondence.
* Manage and organize legal files and records.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Conduct legal research and gather relevant information.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
* Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Bilingual proficiency in French and English (both written and spoken).
* Previous experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm, bank, or luxury industry.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
