Key responsibilities:
1. Project Execution and Controlling:
• Lead the end-to-end management of emission aftertreatment projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to deliver projects successfully.
• Ensure project profitability
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
2. Sales Support:
• Collaborate with the sales team during the proposal and pre-contract stages to provide technical expertise and project feasibility insights.
• Assist in preparing customer presentations, technical documents, and cost estimates.
3. Customer Collaboration:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and build long-term relationships based on trust and delivery excellence.
4. Technical Contribution:
• Actively contribute to technical discussions and problem-solving during project design and execution phases.
• Support the engineering team in translating customer requirements into practical, efficient solutions.
Your profile:
• Education: Background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the Marine or Power Generation industries.
• Proven track record in Application Engineering or technical roles.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools and methodologies.
• English at a professional level is a must
• German is a strong plus
