**Your Mission**

As a Retail IT Project Manager, you will join the the Sales & B2C Domain within the IT Department, which counts 40 passionate employees. You will focus on managing the design, development, and deployment of applications for both customer-facing and boutique managers environments. Your primary objective will be to support and enhance the retail experience through robust, efficient, and user-friendly tools that improve sales performance and customer engagement.

You will also have the ownership of the retail application portfolio, which encompasses solutions such as Salesforce, Cegid, Adyen, and other tools. You will drive the transformation and optimization of these platforms, ensuring their seamless integration into business processes and their alignment with organizational goals.

**Your Main Responsibilities**

You will manage applications supporting a network of 65+ own boutiques worldwide and collaborate with diverse teams across IT, Retail, Marketing, eCommerce and Operations.

1. Project Management (60%)

\- Strategic Planning:
-Define and maintain a technical roadmap for retail platforms, aligning tools updates and industry best practices.
-Develop and implement action plans to support the organization-s long-term vision for retail IT.
-Work with business units to evaluate new requirements, qualify requests, assess feasibility, and prioritize according to the global roadmap.
-Conduct market and technology research to identify innovative solutions for retail operations.

\- End-to-End Project Delivery:
-Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
-Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders.
-Work with global business teams to evaluate new requirements: qualify requests, assess feasibility, deliver effort estimates, identify constraints and dependencies. Participate in business roadmap prioritization.
-Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and technical documentation, ensuring clear communication of the product vision and requirements.
-Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget monitoring, and meet the desired quality standards.
-Coordinate technical leaders (architects, developpers, integrators and suppliers) and internal teams to design technical solutions.
-Execution and management of the Retail RFP (if necessary).
-Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

\- Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination:
-Act as the point of contact for business teams: communications, arbitrations, project updates.
-Act as the key interface between business teams and developers, ensuring clear communication of product vision and requirements.
-Organize management instances (weekly, daily stand-ups, arbitration commitee, etc...) and release management activities to maintain project momentum.
-Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and integrators to ensure smooth execution.
-Lead regular updates with stakeholders, manage risks, and drive decisions through steering committees and governance boards.

2. Application Maintenance and Optimization (20%)

-Ensure the configuration, maintenance, and evolution of Retail applications in collaboration with business analysts, developers, and ERP administrators.
-Collaborate with business analysts and developers to implement upgrades, monitor performance, and address issues proactively.
-Implement regression tests for POS applications to ensure stability during updates.
-Establish monitoring tools and best practices for application support and issue resolution.
-Identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize project impact.

3. Operational Support (20%)

-Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for retail applications, ensuring compliance with quality, performance and security standards.
-Conduct training sessions to promote the adoption of new tools and processes, ensuring business teams understand and use solutions effectively.




**Your background and competencies/skills**

* Significant experience in a similar position within an IT department or Retail department, related to digital transformation project management.
* Good understanding of IT Data challenges: infrastructure, APIs and microservices, GDPR, CRM, databases, and Data.
* Professional proficiency in English.
* IT/Digital project management.
* Proficiency in project management processes and methods (Waterfall and Agile).
* Strong analytical skills with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, teaching ability, and team spirit.
* Knowledge in one of our main systems is a plus (Salesforce, Cegid).
* Leadership.
