Reporting to the country manager your main missions will be to :

* Be in charge of all commercial and marketing activities for the Swiss Market
* Be accountable for the turnover, margins and volumes sold and customer satisfaction
* Develop the sales channels and maximize performance of the dealers
* Strengthen brand awareness and products positioning among dealer's network providing relevant marcom action plan
* Create and deliver performance reports for both internal and external use
* Build up a deep market understanding
* Manage team of 3 people

Description du profil :

* You have C1 Level in German or Swiss-German, English B2, French B2 and Italian a plus
* You have a proven track record developing high performance results in indirect sales network
* You are an inspiring leader, able to federate and lead by example
* You have already been in charge of managing marketing budget
* You have solid analytical skills and are able to define a successful sales and marketing strategy
* You are autonomous and known for your positive mindset
