About the Role

As a Senior Business Consultant – Portfolio Management Solution, you’ll play a key role in driving change and helping our clients succeed. You’ll support them at every stage of their journey, using advanced tools, your industry knowledge, and a strong focus on their needs to deliver effective solutions.

In this exciting role, you won’t just guide clients—you’ll help shape the future of wealth management, contributing to our global growth with innovation, teamwork, and excellence.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

  • Supporting Infront customers on the entire journey using our solutions, starting from the onboarding of new customers including project coordination/project management for these projects and continuously expand adoption by adapting the configuration.
  • Trusted advisor to customers on how our solution can best support their investment operations.
  • Working closely with Product Development, BPO and Content departments to adapt the solutions to our customers' needs.
  • Collaborating with Sales/Pre-Sales in day-to-day business.
  • Supporting product management by specifying requirements for the further development of our solution.
  • Conducting product training for customers and colleagues.

Who you are

Requirements:

  • You have a degree in business administration, an IT-related field, or a similar qualification.
  • You bring solid professional experience in Wealth, Portfolio, or Asset Management, with a specific focus on the Swiss market. Ideally, this includes expertise in areas such as Regulatory Compliance, Investment Processes, Performance Measurement & Risk Management, and Order Management.
  • Solid experience working with at least one Portfolio Management solution.
  • Experience working with IT solution providers and/or consulting.
  • You have a background in IT projects and, ideally, project management experience.
  • You are enthusiastic about delivering solutions that contribute to clients' success, achieving efficient and compliant operations.
  • As a well-organized team player, communication is one of your core strengths.
  • You are tech-savvy, hands-on, keen to becoming an expert of our solution.
  • Knowledge or experience in regulatory requirements for asset managers in Switzerland and EU is an advantage.
  • Your English and German language skills are business fluent. (French or Italian are a plus).
