For an international life science company, leader in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist 

Key Responsibilities:




  • Payroll Management: Prepare and verify salary statements, reconcile year-end salaries, submit annual social insurance declarations, and prepare salary certificates.
  • Personnel Administration: Oversee administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, including drafting employment contracts, amendments, work certificates, and other documents.
  • Social Insurance Management: Handle social insurance affiliations (e.g., AVS, LPP), process accident/illness reports, manage family allowance requests, and handle military/maternity APG requests.
  • Client Consultation: Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries (particularly labor law cases) and social insurance matters for clients.

Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in finance, HR or accounting
  • Certificate as a personnel management assistant (advantageous).
  • Proven experience in a international HR department, managing multiple mandates.
  • Experience in the life science industry a bonus
  • Strong English skills (spoken and written).
