## Job Description ##

* Design, implement, and maintain **Windows** and **Citrix** environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
* Manage system upgrades, patches, and configurations to meet security and operational standards.
* Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, resolving incidents and minimizing downtime.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and support IT solutions that align with business needs.
* Maintain compliance with financial industry regulations and internal policies.
* Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for internal use and audits.





## The Successful Applicant ##

* Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in system engineering, with a focus on Windows Server and Citrix environments.
* Proven experience working within a financial institution or heavily regulated industry.
* Solid understanding of Active Directory, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and networking fundamentals.
* Experience with ITIL processes is a plus.
* French: Fluent
* English: Fluent
* Swiss Residency: Mandatory (candidates must reside in Switzerland at the beginning of the mission).
* Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, team collaboration, and excellent communication.
* Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
