Your mission:

As a Senior Workplace Engineer, you will design, deploy, and manage workplace services, ensuring compliance and automating deployment processes. You'll lead projects to evolve our service portfolio, act as a key contact for external providers, and provide expert 3rd level support. Your role will drive innovation and excellence in our workplace services, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your tasks:
  • Design, deploy and operate workplace services for Office, Development, Test, Training and ATM/AIM environments, while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Automate operating system, software and configuration deployment processes
  • Manage operating systems and the application software portfolio
  • Establish and maintain operating procedures and the knowledge base for the support organization
  • Lead projects evolving the workplace service portfolio 
  • Act as contact person for relevant external service providers
  • Provide 3rd level support
What we are looking for:
  • Higher education or Bachelor level degree in an IT or engineering relevant subject
  • 5 to 10 years experience in IT engineering
  • Strong command of Microsoft Windows Client & Server, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, M365 services and security technologies
  • Experienced in project management, ability to collaborate and contribute to multi-discipline projects, and a structured working method paired with a self-driven work ethic
  • Problemsolving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
  • Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions
  • Proficient in German and English written and orally, good command in French is a plus
