For our client, a company in the Pharmaceutical industry based in Graubünden, we are looking for a Service Manager / Business IT Specialist for a permanent role.
Your responsibilities:
- Technical responsibility for software and hardware asset management (SAM/HAM)
- Responsible for the roadmap of our tools (software and hardware) and creating ICT demands for updates
- Management of the ICT service catalogue
- Contract renewals with ICT suppliers
- Definition and implementation of the cost allocation of ICT services to all business units
Your qualifications:
- Completed training as a business administrator with a technical ICT flair. Ideally with specialization at a University of applied sciences in the field of business informatics
- Precise, exact working method and good comprehension skills.
- High ability to work in a team, independent work and enjoyment in actively participating in change processes
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Due to Swiss work permit restrictions, we can only consider applications from Swiss nationals, EU citizens, and current work permit holders in Switzerland.
