We-re looking for a **UX Designer** to join our team in Geneva who is able to communicate with tech persons, content managers and client directors. You will be supported by a CMS (Content Management System) consultant, Account Manager and Delivery Manager of the account. Our client is responsible for managing internal apps which run with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) at the moment.

### Responsibilities ###

* Translate complex systems and processes into simple, intuitive interfaces that improve the overall user experience
* Align design solutions with business objectives, ensuring that the product meets client needs
* Understand overall tech ecosystem and business requirements
* Contribute to experience design concepts helping to both develop compelling user experiences and also taking evolving concepts to another level
* Develop digital strategies, concepts and design artefacts for products and services
* Create-high-quality documentation of designed deliverables
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with clients and within EPAM multi-disciplinary teams
* Further the practice of Design within EPAM by sharing knowledge, improving processes, evaluating new methodologies and updating the team on industry advances
* Pro-actively keep up with design trends and industry developments, especially in the focus areas for the company (which might change from time to time)

### Requirements ###

* Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
* Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects including wireframes, prototypes and user research
* Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or InVision
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
* Strong understanding of usability principles and user-centered design
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Attention to detail and a passion for solving complex design challenges
* Fluent French and English language skill
