**Accounting Administrative Assistant H/F**



for a temporary full-time position


**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**


### Our client is looking for a general accountant who can manage everything from A to Z, right through to the balance sheet. On a daily basis: ###

* Help to All administration and accounting
* Invoices booking
* Invoice verification
* Bank account updating weekly and Monthly
* Payments




### On a bi-weekly basis: ###

* Payments preparation
* Payments booking
* Payment summary update




### On a monthly basis : ###

* Bank statement booking
* Financial report
* Entities: booking and invoices validation, update the Budget


**PROFIL ATTENDU**


* Certified Accountant degrees.
* Experience in a family office, trust company or bank

* Excellent professional presentation and exemplary attitude
* Good knowledge of accounting rules in Switzerland and France. Basic knowledge of accounting rules in the USA (US GAAP/ SWISS GAP/ IFRS).
* Twenty years' experience in an Accounting position.
* Ten to fifteen years' experience in an accounting position.
* Versatility: open to administrative tasks (data entry, reception).
