**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
In this role, you will support the Group Real Estate Communication Project Manager with daily administrative tasks including assisting in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication. We are currently looking for an intern to support the team for a 6-month period.
You will work with talented multidisciplinary colleagues from our maisons on these different tasks:
* Real Estate Newsletters
* Gather information and images to create the content
* Research online sources industry-related topics
* Re-structure and edit articles
* Coordinate with Maison-s Store Design & Planning
* Centralize list of boutiques openings
* LinkedIn and Viva Engage Group Real Estate profiles
* Support Communication Project manager in creating, editing and posting content
* Monitor our Maisons- retail activities as well as competitors
* Collecte data with latest industry news, trends, market insights, etc.
* Photo library creation
* Assist with the creation of a photo library
* Organize a large volume of images with folders/Location
* Other administrative tasks
* Assist in the preparation of presentation materials
* Handle other administrative tasks as requested
* Support Communication Project manager in maintaining a collection of photos, graphics, icons, infographics, video clips to use in various digital content
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? **
* First experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Available for a 6-month internship starting May 1st, 2025
* Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
