## About Our Client ##
Our client is a global privately owned organisation. This role will play an important role in the administration of global compensation and benefit programs as well as in the management of the company's Global Mobility strategy. The role sits within the Global Human Resources Department with worldwide exposure to HR and Management teams, and involves partnering with legal, finance and accounting.
## Job Description ##
* Facilitate the global annual merit and bonus process for senior management, including collection of recommendations, consolidation for review, and communication of approvals
* Generate reporting for the annual compensation process, deferred compensation tracking, and ad hoc reporting, as needed
* Manage large datasets and analyze the information to present findings, comparisons, and recommendations in a concise and user-friendly format for Head of HR, HRBPs, Reward and business stakeholders
* Administer and maintain the global compensation database, which includes working with key HR contacts and stakeholders to ensure all information is up to date in the global HRIS and compensation management system
* Manage the entire global mobility process, ensuring compliance with global policies by providing support for all stakeholders, including cost of living analysis, coordination of compensation packages and execution of contracts and supporting documents
* Administer the global benefit programs, including the global pension plan
* Assist with the administration and management of the employee stock plan
* Provide guidance and support for the design, implementation, and administration of company-wide global compensation policies and processes
* Provide support for the job evaluation process, guide mangers and HR in validating job gradings and assist with the maintenance of our job architecture
* Assist with global market analysis, compensation benchmarking, and surveys to ensure the company remains competitive and broadly comparable in each country for acquiring and retaining talent
* Manage or collaborate on special projects within Global Human Resources, as needed
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Bachelor's or equivalent degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or general business
* Proven track record in analysis and administration of groupwide compensation programs and processes and global mobility, ideally within a global and complex environment
* Experience in external market data benchmarking and sources including job evaluation methodologies, pay elements and survey submissions
* Strong analytical and research skills, critical thinking, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong acumen in creating, manipulating, reporting and modelling large sets of data quickly and in various formats for intended audiences
* Strong financial acumen experience and knowledge with ability to support financial processes and work with financials
* Ability to reach out and communicate with people at different levels within our diverse organization with proven communication skills
* Capable of working both effectively and independently and being a team player with a positive and entrepreneurial attitude
* Excellent advanced MS Excel skills, SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI knowledge highly appreciated
* Strong verbal and written communications skills in English, French highly preferred, Spanish, Portuguese or any other language an asset
