Job Title: Data Privacy & AI Risk Management Subject Matter Expert
Location: Remote

Randstad Digital Switzerland is seeking a Data Privacy & AI Risk Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the implementation and maturity of our client's data privacy and AI risk management program. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to high-impact projects in a dynamic and evolving field.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy policies and notices.
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments for ongoing projects and new system implementations, documenting findings and recommending risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of Data Subject Rights Management (e.g., consent management, right to be forgotten).
  • Maintain data subject requests and data breach records.
  • Embed Privacy by Design considerations in system architectures, applications, and projects.
  • Maintain and update the inventory of personal data processed across business units.
  • Develop and enhance procedures, guidelines, and templates for privacy impact assessments and data subject rights management.
  • Conduct AI risk assessments, ensuring compliance with responsible AI principles and best practices.
  • Develop mitigation strategies for AI-related risks, including data misuse, unintended consequences, and operational failures.
  • Address and resolve privacy-related gaps identified through internal and external audits.
  • Promote data privacy awareness within the organization.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Strong expertise in data privacy, information security, or a closely related field.
    • Proven experience implementing privacy processes and controls.
    • Solid knowledge of GDPR and other data protection frameworks.
    • Experience conducting privacy risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
    • Understanding of Privacy by Design principles and frameworks (e.g., NIST Privacy Framework, ISO 27701).
    • Hands-on experience with AI technologies, machine learning models, and AI risk management.
    • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks such as NIST AI Risk Management Framework, EU AI Act.
    • Professional certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, AIGP are a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex privacy and AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Fluency in English is required; French is an advantage.
