We are looking for someone who wants to build a best-in-class experience for our Maison, through seamless operations with our sales ambassadors. 

Someone who has this inner fire to make client satisfaction a \#1 priority.

Someone who wants to grow its project management skills while getting involved on operations to make the magic happen.

Someone who is excited to talk sales, clienteling, satisfaction, data, and insights all at the same time.

 

You will report to the E-Commerce Operations Manager.

 

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

 

* **Support the daily operations of the European E-commerce platform**

* Respond to stock availability requests coming from our Sales Ambassadors.
* Manage a portfolio of orders: Provide lead times, track payments, release/cancel orders, etc.
* Own necessary stock transfers.
* Leverage and report from weekly operations meeting of Richemont to ensure seamless collaboration with our stakeholders (Warehouse, Transport Team, Operations, Business Development, Anti-Fraud, etc.) and ignite new opportunities.
* Report dysfunctionalities and bugs to the Digital / IT teams.

  

* **Support ecommerce transformation acceleration**

* Gather and leverage insights from online and CRM to support CRC business intelligence.
* Build golden rules to support CRC in achieving goals in revenue, qualitative KPIs and clienteling objectives.
* Take part to the animation of the E-Commerce community, building reports to share highlights and best practices.
* Implement some projects that aim at creating new sales opportunities.

 

**WHAT ABOUT YOU?**

 

* You are looking for an internship as part of your studies (Master/Bachelor-s degree in business) and you have a strong interest in the luxury industry. International exposure and a first experience in sales will be a plus.
* You are fluent in French and English including excellent writing skills in both languages, and you have knowledge of SAP and Excel.
* You are known for your curiosity, your organizational skills, you are solution-oriented and a team player.
