## Job Description ##
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Co-founder, including managing schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
* Assist in the preparation of high-level reports, presentations, and other executive documents.
* Coordinate and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
* Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
* Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
* Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
* Support the executive team in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Fluency in English, German, and French is essential.
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
