## Job Description ##

You will be responsible for assisting the General Manager as well as the President. Your duties will include the following:

* Managing correspondence and email inboxes,
* Handling the department's phone line, communicating with various internal and external contacts in a diplomatic and confidential manner,
* Organizing meetings, appointments, welcoming and providing information to contacts,
* Attending meetings, taking minutes, writing and formatting documents,
* Preparing legal documents,
* Various administrative, logistical, writing, and organizational tasks related to the decisions and activities of the management.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Discreet, diplomatic, and confidential personality
* Strong ability to anticipate and prioritize
* Bilingual in English and French
* Several years of experience in a similar position
