## Description du poste ##
For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are looking for an Executive Assistant (M/W) for a temporary contract.
Your responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the director's schedule such as meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Handle incoming and outgoing communications
* Draft agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items
* Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents
* Assist with various projects and initiatives led by the executive committee, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines
* Act as a point of contact between the director and internal/external stakeholders
* General administrative duties

Your profile:
* At least 10 years' of experience as an Executive Assistant for C-levels
* Fluent in English and French (oral & written)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize tasks and handle last minute changes
