The activities of the Executive Assistant will evolve around the business' administrative activities :

* Administrative Management

o Reception and processing of telephone calls and e-mails

o Management of incoming and outgoing e-mails

o Filing and archiving of administrative documents

* Team assistance

o Preparation and organization of meetings (invitations, room reservations, preparation of files)

o Management of team members' diaries and schedules

o Office supplies ordering and stock management

* Accounting and financial support:

o Follow-up of invoices and payments.

o Assistance in preparing budgets and financial statements

o Management of expense claims and reimbursements

* External relations management:

o Welcoming visitors and customers

o Organization of business trips (booking tickets, hotels, etc.)

Description du profil :

Qualifications will be as followed:

* Proven professional experience as an office and executive assistant or in a similar position in a fast-growing environment ideally
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Autonomy and sense of responsibility / organization and rigor.
* Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Fluency in French / English (written and spoken)
