###### Job Description ######

Reporting directly to the CPO Director, your main responsibility will be to ensure that each timepiece moves smoothly and securely across all the steps of its CPO journey, equally delighting sellers and buyers all around the globe.

* You will design and implement the end-to-end solution to securely retrieve and deliver second-hand pieces to our customers in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* You will design and implement the end-to-end solution to efficiently authenticate and service (or restore), if needed, second-hand watches within our customer service facilities
* You will work closely with internal teams, including procurement, quality assurance, and sales, to align supply chain activities with business goals.
* You will monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. you will ensure that all operations and associated costs (packaging etc.) remain within the constraints of the business plan and optimize those costs, oversee inventory management and demand forecasting
* You will drive continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
* You will propose a high-level plan to roll out the service internationally

###### Qualifications ######

* You have a bachelor or a master-s degree in supply chain management or you have a degree as Engineer
* You have 5-7 years of proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the luxury sector or related industry
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with an understanding of the luxury watchmaking clientele
* You have demonstrated leadership and team management abilities in previous experiences
* You demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in English and French and additional language skills may be an asset
