**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
As part of the Group Rewards team, the Group Benefits Project Manager will support the management of the benefits processes and policies for the Group for a successful total reward approach in close connection with the team and HR community. This role is a key contributor in creating a positive and caring workplace culture by partnering with the market reward teams, identifying areas for improvement, designing processes and bringing expertise to improve Richemont Value proposition.
In this role, you will:
* Partner with our reward community to provide operational insight in the design and management of employee benefits programs for compliance with Richemont Global Benefits Governance Framework and keep up to date with developments in the markets.
* Manage day-to-day activities of the Group Benefits Plans which include provider management, enrolment, monitoring plan performance and communication with members and key stakeholders.
* Support the documentation and maintenance of our policies, processes and procedures for Group Benefits arrangements, as well as our global benefits database.
* Lead the renewal process for our insured employee benefits policies (Health, Life & Disability, Accident) in close partnership with our markets and monitor the benefits premium accuracy with our Employee Benefits Captive.
* Support Reward projects from a benefits perspective to include review of specific benefits arrangements, carry out benchmarking exercises, Workday implementation and job level review.
* Support the activities in raising awareness within the Richemont Group on Benefits topics.
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
* Bachelor-s degree in HR, Finance or relevant field
* Minimum 7 years- experience in compensation & benefits from consulting companies or an in-house position ideally within the HR, insurances or actuarial area of expertise.
* Strong capability to conduct data modeling and analysis
* Experience in HR and/or Finance and managing multiple projects
* Agility to work within a matrixed, multi-business and functions environment
* Strong communication and writing skills with good customer service principles
