**Group Physical Security - Senior Manager/Head of Operations**

 

The mission of this position is to manage and advise on various aspects related to Physical Security operations across Richemont entities. As a Senior Manager/Head of Operations, you will ensure suitable and sufficient Physical Security concepts regarding identified operations and support their proper implementation - supporting business objectives and against relevant identified risks as well as to develop and implement specific projects as defined by the Group Physical Security Associate Director.

The scope significantly focuses on the coordination, collaboration with all entities to support in the establishment of new and maintenance of their existing Physical Security arrangements. You will be supporting the relevant Richemont entities on various projects and tasks (as defined by the Group Physical Security Associate Director).

 

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
**Strategy, Management & Coordination**

* Identify key stakeholders necessary to undertake this role and ensure sufficient communication/agreement
* Engage with the Physical Security community to ensure communication, coordination, and engagement
* Lead identified working groups with relevant stakeholders to identify business/user needs and test solutions
* Contribute when required to the operational and tactical implementation of Physical Security framework for strategic operations

**Operations**
(As defined by the Group Physical Security Associate Director)

* Provide support to entities to implement short term measures as well as long term processes of continuous improvement
* Coordinate and support Physical Security managers when required
* Monitor, consolidate and analyse data to gain factual insights and establish the required overviews, reports, and statistics to provide guidance/solutions to key stakeholders, including top management
* Coordinate when required Physical Security topics across the entities

**Specific projects**
(As defined by the Group Physical Security Associate Director)

* Review of KRE policy and group plan, alignment and review of high-risk country plans, support deployment of KRE plan for manufacturing and maisons
* Review of current policy in line with ISO 31030, reframe relationship with travel tracking provider and support new RFP 2025, design travel guidance material, support development of travel security module
* Develop and implement with Group Security Cyber Resilience Team, a unique global phone number for all employees requiring security or safety support or a specific information

**Compliance Testing**

* Support the tracking and closure of Physical Security non-compliances with the respective risk owners and ensure risk mitigation measures are undertaken
* Liaise with the Group Risk and Assurance Team to support the creation and implementation of a program of third-party assessments (against Richemont standards)
* Give feedback on the assurance process with regards to physical security controls and process
* Review and validate PS exceptions excepting for events, construction and technology related topics

**Reporting & Project management**

* Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
* Keep track of the security related budget and set up appropriate KPI-s
* Document and communicate meeting via minutes, PowerPoint, workflow 
* Create visibility by using appropriate tools and create reports as well as security related KPI-s 
* Highlight any risk related to resources, cost and deadline

 

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**

* You have more than 5 years- experience in managing Physical Security operations and proven operational excellence within PS related topics
* You are able to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues
* You are able to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style
* You demonstrate capacity to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics
* You are able to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and other stakeholder groups to take desired action
* You speak fluent French and English
