For our client, an international company based in Zurich, we are looking for a Group Reporting & Consolidation Manager (m/f/d).

  • Type of working: on-site, but home office is possible


    Your responsibilities: 
     
    • Responsible for high quality sub-consolidated reporting to our HQ in Japan, including identifying and implementing process efficiencies and coordinating with other functions within the company who are input providers
    • Monitor and ensure that the reporting units report both business as usual as well as unusual transactions correctly and accurately
    • Support the preparation of reports including but not limited to income statement, balance sheet and cash flow
    • Analyse the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, equity, CTA, overall intra-company reporting, goodwill, acquisitions and divestments related reporting and other consolidation items
    • Support special projects related to consolidation and reporting efficiency and standardization initiatives
    • Ensure relevant internal controls are properly and timely performed
    • Interact with internal and external auditors to provide support during audits related to the consolidated financial statements for group and standalone reporting, as applicable


      Your qualifications:
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics and/or Business Administration / Certified chartered accountant, preferred
      • 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or reporting
      • Fluency in written and spoken English (other languages are an advantage)
      • Knowledge of consolidation tools and processes as well as IFRS
      • Project management skills
      • Flexible personality
      • Role model collaborative and solution-oriented behavior while ensuring compliance with accounting and reporting regulations
      • Experience in large, multinational corporate finance organizations
