## Job Description ##

**Sponsorship Activation - Elevate our sports sponsoring**

* Understand and support in leveraging out sponsorship rights with partners like Genève-Servette Hockey Club, ZSC Lions, and the UEFA Women-s Euro 2025.
* Coordinate contests and social media content related to sponsorships.
* Organize and support ticket distribution with an external agency.

**Events & Brand Experience - Create impactful brand moments**

* Learn how to activate and coordinate key brand events in Switzerland, such as trade fairs.
* Lead the design and setup of event booths, ensuring brand consistency.
* Oversee logistics for promotional materials and ensure smooth execution.
* Gather feedback and optimize future activations.

**Internal Events & Communication - Engage and inspire our teams**

* Support internal conferences and employee events.
* Maintain engaging employee communications via our intranet.
* Create visuals using Canva and PlayPlay to support internal campaigns.

**SEO & ASO Optimization - Enhance our digital visibility:**With the support of an experienced manager, you will learn how to:

* Write and integrate meta tags in Drupal and optimize image attributes for better search visibility.
* Manage URL redirections and support in pre/post-deployment testing.

**Content & Influencer Monitoring - Amplify our digital presence:**

* Gain invaluable experience using AI in content creation with the support of an experienced manager.
* Track and analyze the performance of YouTube Shorts using OpusClip.
* Monitor influencer content to ensure Swissquote is represented accurately.

## Qualifications ##

* A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
* Passionate and versatile to learning.
* Previous experience with Canva and PlayPlay is a plus.
* Fluent in English and French; German or Italian is a plus.
