We are expanding our Global Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward new colleagues and leaders joining us in Bulle (FR) Switzerland, we are looking for a Head of Cloud Security reporting to Head of Digital Security. The scope of duties includes the following:

## Responsibilities: ##

Develops and implements a global cloud security strategy, ensuring the security of cloud environments and protecting cloud-based assets, data and applications across multi-cloud and hybrid environment strategy, as well as Global Leadership of Cloud Security Team, Products and Services.

* Develop and implement cloud security tools, technologies as well as policies and procedures
* Conduct cloud security assessments and penetration testing
* Respond to cloud-related security incidents, in collaboration with SOC/CERT
* Collaborate with IT, IS and cloud service providers to ensure security best practices
* Develop and implement robust security strategies tailored to multi-cloud and SaaS environments.
* Oversee secure configuration, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure and services.
* Collaborate with cloud service providers and internal teams to align security policies with business objectives.
* Manage identity and access controls, data encryption, and secure connectivity within cloud platforms.
* Continuously monitor cloud environments for vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and emerging threats.
* Evaluate, integrate, and manage next-generation security tools and technologies specific to cloud ecosystems.
* Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards for cloud security compliance.

## Competencies: ##

* Bachelor-s/Master-s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
* 5+ years in cybersecurity and 3+ years in a leadership role.
* Following certificates are preferred; CISSP or CISM, as well as Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* English is a Must, German and French are a plus.
* Deep understanding of cloud security concepts and principles (e.g., shared responsibility model)
* Knowledge of cloud security tools and technologies (e.g., Cloud Security Posture Management, Cloud Access Security Broker)
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Versatility in cloud security posture management
* Fluency in multi-tenants, and multi-cloud setups
* Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Ability to manage and collaborate with stakeholders
* Project management
* Readiness for global travel
