Metrics and Analysis:
- Develop and manage key HR metrics to track and report on workforce trends, productivity, and compliance.
- Utilize data analytics to inform HR strategies and decisions.

HR Forecasting:
- Conduct regular HR forecasting to predict future HR needs and challenges.
- Develop strategies to address potential gaps in workforce capabilities and resources.
3.

High-Level Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver high-level presentations to executive teams and stakeholders on HR performance, trends, and strategies.
- Represent the HR department in strategic meetings and discussions.
4.

Strategic HR Matters:
- Drive initiatives in Diversity & Inclusion, ensuring a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace culture.
- Participate in strategic HR planning, focusing on long-term goals and organizational development.
5.

HR Audit:
- Lead HR audits to ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
- Recommend improvements based on audit findings to enhance HR operations and effectiveness.

Description du profil :

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, and project management.
* Strong analytical and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of current HR trends, laws, and regulations.
* Excellent communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus).
