The company is seeking a hands-on **Senior Finance Manager - Corporate & Project Finance** to join their Treasury Department, reporting to the Group Treasurer. The role is based in Geneva, Switzerland.

## Job Description ##

As a **Senior Finance Manager - Corporate & Project Finance**, you will represent Treasury internally and externally, playing a pivotal role in projects related to business development across our client's global presence.

Key responsibilities:

* Represent Treasury internally and externally in projects related to business development (greenfield, brownfield and acquisitions) across all geographies where the group is active.

* Provide input to business plans to deliver bankable contractual frameworks.

* Optimize capital structures, project execution, and documentation of new debt transactions.

* Act as key adviser to stakeholders such as Business Developers, Asset Directors, Operations Managers, Joint Venture partners, and colleagues from the Finance, Tax, and Legal departments.

* Manage a portfolio of existing financings at Group and Asset level, in close collaboration with the other Treasury team members.

* Lead the identification of funding options in various financial markets and manage financing transactions at the most beneficial rates and terms.

* Identify, evaluate, and manage key (financial) risks, and build bankable structures acceptable to all parties involved.

* Proactively develop relationships with banks and financial institutions.

* Lead negotiation/contracting processes of external debt transactions in collaboration with dedicated finance lawyers; including exchanges with commercial and multilateral/DFI lenders, ECAs, development banks, institutional investors and agencies.

* Support when needed Treasury Operations on Cash Management, Interest Rate and FX risk management activities.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Master's degree in (Business) Economics, Finance and related fields (CFA, RT). MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

* Minimum of 10+ years of international experience with complex large-scale infrastructure projects and structuring and arranging complex multi-source financings on either the project sponsor or lender side involving commercial banks, ECAs, multilaterals, institutional investors and/or other financial institutions.

* Fluency in English is required.

* Ability to build effective relationships based on trust, integrity, consistency, and pragmatism.

* Capacity to work under pressure and consistently deliver results in a dynamic, complex environment.

* Strong communication and interpersonal/influencing skills with various internal and external stakeholders.

* Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
