* **HR Support:** Provide daily support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
* **HR Administration:** Manage employee records, contracts, and administrative documents.
* **Communication:** Ensure effective communication between teams in Switzerland and France.
* **HR Projects:** Participate in various HR projects to improve processes and practices within the company.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management, ideally in the retail sector.
* **Skills:** Excellent payroll coordination skills and experience working with fiduciaries.
* **Languages:** Proficiency in French and English.
