## Job Description ##

* **Document HR Processes:** Capture and detail end-to-end HR workflows and procedures.
* **Create Process Maps:** Develop and maintain process maps, task descriptions, risk matrices, and improvement logs.
* **Standardize Documentation:** Ensure all documentation follows best practices and is standardized.
* **Collaborate with Teams:** Work with HR Operations, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and HRIS teams to gather insights and accurately document processes.
* **Conduct Interviews:** Participate in interviews and walkthroughs with local HR teams.
* **Ensure Consistency:** Align processes across regions and business units.
* **Maintain Documentation Framework:** Update documentation as HR policies and systems evolve.
* **Recommend Improvements:** Identify inefficiencies and suggest automation, simplification, or standardization.
* **Ensure Compliance:** Align HR processes with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.





## The Successful Applicant ##

* **Experience:** Proven experience in process documentation, HR operations, or business process analysis.
* **Skills:** Ability to translate complex HR processes into clear, structured documentation.
* **Tools:** Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
* **Analytical Abilities:** Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* **Communication:** Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
