- Establish and prepare Export documentation in accordance with country regulations
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for all regions from our Brügg Distribution Center
- Oversee schedules and release picking waves via ERP
- Coordinate shipping schedules and monitor on-time deliveries
- Ensure accurate documentation for export and preferential origin shipments
- Control freight costs and ensure billing accuracy
- Maintain master data and compliance with import/export regulations
- Update monthly KPIs and support transportation research
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ/CFC) in Logistics/technical field is mandatory, a further education in a related field is a plus.
- 5 years’ working experience and at least 3 years in a similar role is indispensable
- Proven experience in Shipping/Receiving/Supply Chain as well as within an international environment
- Excellent English skills (both spoken and written), and additionally French or German skills
- Strong IT skills; ERP, Diverse Ship Software, eVV systems, Edec Web, Microsoft Office tools, etc.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and to coordinate multiple priorities at the same time
- Solution-oriented, performance-driven and flexible personality with a strong “can-do” attitude
- Open-minded team-player who enjoys working in an international environment with different stakeholders
